Privacy policy

What we collect

• your mobile number, to create your account and send sign-in codes;
• the display name and profile picture you enter;
• game activity: rooms, duels, answers, scores and room chats;
• coin transactions, purchases and withdrawal requests, including your Sheba (IBAN) number;
• technical data such as IP address and sign-in times, for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• running the game, judging duels and calculating scores, levels and prizes;
• signing you in with a text code and sending important messages such as season invitations;
• processing purchases and paying withdrawals;
• detecting cheating, multiple accounts and abuse.

What other players see

Your display name, profile picture, level and score are shown to other players in rooms and tables. Your mobile number and payment details are never shown to other players. A room's chat messages are visible only to that room's members. To stop cheating and enforce the rules, the game's administrators can view rooms, their duels and their chat, without taking part in the room. The season final's duels are shown live (a few seconds behind) to every user, with the finalists' names, pictures and scores. Messages in the final's watchers' chat are visible to every watcher.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is shared only in these cases and only as far as needed:

• the SMS provider, to send sign-in codes and messages;
• the payment gateway and Cafe Bazaar, to process and verify purchases;
• the bank, to pay withdrawals;
• legal authorities, only on a lawful request.

Security

Connections to the site and app are encrypted (HTTPS), sign-in uses one-time codes instead of passwords, and access to sensitive data is limited to system administrators and only as needed.

Cookies

The site uses only necessary cookies: the sign-in cookie, the language cookie and form security cookies. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Retention and deletion

Transaction and game records are kept so that balances stay correct and disputes can be handled. You can change your display name and picture at any time. To close your account and delete your personal data, ask through the contact details on the About page; records the law requires us to keep are retained.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
